Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

2) You need to find a local express company to ship the goods back to the return address, and then provide us with the tracking number. You can take a picture of the delivery form and ensure the return address and tracking number are visible.
3) Once your return is received in our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Our quality assurance team must inspect your return. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
4) Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
